Lazy Daisy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt

Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla in bowl.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Heat milk and butter in saucepan until butter is melted. Add to egg mixture; mix well.
Add sifted dry ingredients; mix well.
Pour into 8 x 10-inch greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
