German Skillet(Diabetic And Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 dried onion
    1/2 c. diced green peppers
    1 c. tomato juice
    2 pkg. sugar substitute
Preparation
    Brown and drain hamburger.
    Add sauerkraut, celery, onion, green peppers and tomato juice.
    Sprinkle 2 packets sugar substitute.
    Stir.
    Cover; simmer for 35 minutes.
    Serves 2.
