Meat Balls In Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. soft bread crumbs
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green peppers
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. fat
1 carton sour cream
Preparation

Mix first 10 ingredients together; form into meat balls.
Brown in fat.
Remove meat balls from fat, let fat cool, add sour cream and blend.
Heat to simmering.
Add meat balls; simmer 30 minutes.
