Ingredients

1 1/4 qt. sifted flour
4 Tbsp. double acting baking powder
2 Tbsp. lite salt
3 c. chopped nutmeats
4 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/8 c. cocoa
3 c. milk
3/4 c. melted oleo
2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cocoa. Add milk, melted oleo and vanilla; mix only until smooth.
Turn into greased pudding pans to a depth of 1/2-inch.
