Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon jello
1 c. water
3/4 c. beet juice
1 c. diced beets
3 Tbsp. vinegar or 2 Tbsp. if pickled beets
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. grated onion
3/4 c. diced celery
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mold and refrigerate.
