Sliced Tomatoes With Basil Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head romaine lettuce, rinsed, dried and cut into feed cube lengths
    1 clove garlic, peeled
    1 oz. Parmesan cheese, cut into chunks
    1/2 c. fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    fresh ground pepper
    1/3 c. safflower oil
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 small red onion
    4 medium tomatoes, halved
Preparation
    Medium Slicer:
    Slice romaine using light pressure.
    Arrange on large platter.
