Smothered Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    salt and pepper
    Accent
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chops; sprinkle generously with Accent.
    Brown in shortening (both sides).
    Remove chops; add flour, salt, pepper and Accent to drippings.
    Brown, then add enough water to make a thin gravy.
    Return chops to pan with gravy; steam, covered, over low heat for approximately 30 minutes.
