Broccoli And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen broccoli or 2 small bags
    1/2 pkg. Velveeta cheese (3 lb.)
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 stack Ritz crackers (from stack pack box)
Preparation
    Boil broccoli until 1/2 done.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Cube cheese and put on top of broccoli.
    Slice 1 stick of oleo over broccoli.
    In a skillet, saute 1/2 stick oleo and crumbled Ritz crackers.
    Sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
