Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg white
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 c. coarsely shredded carrots
1/2 c. raisins
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. black walnut extract
2 tsp. vanilla
Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
In medium bowl mix first 7 ingredients; set aside.
In large bowl with whisk beat egg whites, sugar and oil.
Stir in next 6 ingredients until well combined. Stir in flour mixture until well combined.
Spoon into prepared pan.
Bake 35 minutes until pick comes out clean.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
