Yummy Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes as for large chunky French fries. Place in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over potatoes.
    Dot with margarine and pour whipping cream over the top.
    Cover with foil and bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Baste as desired.
    Remove cover last 15 minutes to brown.
