Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    6 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    any 2 cans fruit pie filling
Preparation
    Blend first two ingredients and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually add 4 cups of sugar and vanilla.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Blend in sour cream and lemon juice.
    Spread in pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 60 minutes or until firm. Turn oven off and leave door slightly ajar while cake cools for 1 hour.
    Take out and let finish cooling.
    Chill in refrigerator overnight.
    Top with pie filling and enjoy!!
