Oriental Steamed Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. chicken breasts, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. peanut oil
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    10 wonton wrappers (3 x 3-inch)
Preparation
    In food processor combine chicken, egg white, cornstarch, oil and soy sauce.
    When finely chopped place mixture in wonton wrappers.
    Spray steamed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Steam for 10 minutes.
