Crazy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
