Salsa Chicken In Tomatillo Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 small tomatoes, chopped
6 green onions, sliced
1/2 jalapeno, seeded and minced
2 Tbsp. cilantro
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 to 4 drops Tabasco or to taste
3 tomatillos, blanched and skinned
1/2 c. whipping cream
salt to taste

Preparation

Preheat grill or broiler.
Combine lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in shallow dish; blend thoroughly.
Add chicken to marinade, turning to coat.
