Diet Herb Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, quartered
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. rosemary
1 Tbsp. Italian herb seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Place in shallow pan or casserole and sprinkle with the remaining ingredients.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
Turn after 15 minutes.
Baste occasionally.
Turn skin side up.
Cover and bake 30 minutes longer or until tender.
Serves 3 to 4 people.
