Breaded Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 veal cutlets
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Old Bay
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Beat egg with water.
    Season cutlets with salt (half teaspoon), Old Bay and paprika.
    Dip cutlets in egg and water mixture, then in bread crumbs and salt (half teaspoon).
