Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1 small can shrimp, halved
    1 small can tuna, drained
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 small can crabmeat
    1/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs, mixed with 1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Make white sauce (blend 1/4 cup butter, flour and milk). Arrange a layer of sliced eggs in a buttered 8-inch square pan. Cover with some sauce, layer of shrimp, sauce, tuna, sauce, mushrooms, sauce, crabmeat and sauce.
    Sprinkle sauce with cheese; cover with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
