Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 1/2 c. corn chips
Preparation
    Combine onion, green peppers and ground beef in a 10-inch skillet.
    Cook over medium heat until meat is brown.
    Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and chili powder; stir to blend.
    Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add beans; combine until heated.
    Garnish with corn chips.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
