Squash Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. grated, raw squash
1 grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
Bisquick (1/2 c. or enough to thicken)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Fry in hot oil, browning both sides.
