Black Bottom Cupcakes(Great!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Add chocolate chips and set aside.
    In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients well.
    Fill muffin tins, lined with cupcake papers, 1/3 to 1/2 full with this mixture.
    Drop large spoonfuls of cheese mixture in center of each cup.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 20 to 24 cupcakes.
