Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 stick melted butter
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place in greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Top with 2 cups of grated cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes.
