Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large batch popcorn, pop (remove unpopped kernels; set aside)
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. corn syrup
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, corn syrup, water, salt and vinegar.
    Cook slowly to hard-boil stage.
    Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
    Slowly pour over popped corn and mix well, stirring constantly.
    Grease hands and form balls.
