Waldorf Crown Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. cubed apples
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1 1/2 c. Kraft miniature marshmallows or 15 jet puffed marshmallows (quarter jet puffed marshmallows directly into sour cream using scissors dipped in water)
Preparation
    Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Stir in the cold water.
    Chill until thickened. Fold in the apples, celery and walnuts.
    Pour into a 5-cup ring mold. Chill until firm. Unmold; surround with lettuce.
