Giant Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk and butter with a whisk.
    Add flour and salt. Beat until light, not foamy.
    Let batter stand for 5 minutes. Heat muffin pan, coated with cooking spray, in a 400\u00b0 oven for 3 minutes or until very hot.
    Spoon 1/2 cup batter into each cup of pan or fill area 1/2 full.
    Bake for 55 minutes.
    Cut a 1 1/2-inch split in the top of each popover and bake 5 additional minutes. Serve immediately.
