Sausage And Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell (deep dish)
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 lb. small whole mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. cream or evaporated milk
    1/2 c. minced parsley
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in large skillet.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cook over high
    heat
    about
    15 minutes, stirring frequently, until meat and mushrooms
    are lightly browned and liquid from mushrooms has evaporated.
    Drain off excess grease.
    Add parsley. Beat eggs with cream and cheese.
    Blend into mushroom mixture; stir
    in salt. Pour mixture into pastry.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to
    30
    minutes, until well browned.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
