Pineapple-Garlic Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless loin pork chops (1-inch thick)
1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
2/3 c. dry sherry
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except chops.
Mix well.
Pour over chops and marinate overnight.
Remove from marinade and broil 4 to 5 minutes each side.
