Beth'S Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
3 c. quick cooking oats
Preparation

Cream together butter and sugars.
Beat in eggs.
Add vanilla. Sift together flour, soda and spices.
Add to creamed mixture and stir in oats.
Cover dough and let set at room temperature for 2 hours.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
