Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans chunk pineapple
3/4 c. white sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. grated cheese
crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 c. melted oleo
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, cheese and pineapple.
Place in oblong dish. Crush Ritz crackers to cover.
Drizzle melted oleo over cracker crumbs.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Serve warm.
