Cheese Cake Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    15 vanilla wafers
    1 can pie filling (any flavor)
Preparation
    Combine sugar and softened cream cheese.
    Add beaten eggs and vanilla flavoring.
    Beat with mixer until fluffy.
    Place a paper holder in muffin tin.
    Place a vanilla wafer in each cup.
    Spoon 3 tablespoons of mixture in each section.
    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cool the cupcakes and add any fruit pie filling. Everyone loves these.
