Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, well drained
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Press sauerkraut almost dry.
    Combine remaining ingredients and chill 24 hours.
    Can substitute other chopped raw vegetables. Combine oil, sugar and vinegar to suit your taste.
