Steamed Chinese Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil or salad oil
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
    red pepper slices
Preparation
    Rinse broccoli.
    Peel tough outer stalks, pulling up from ends of stalks.
    Slice diagonally into bite-size pieces.
    Steam about 5 minutes or until barely tender.
    Heat the oil and soy sauce.
    Toss in broccoli.
    Heat 1 to 2 minutes longer.
    Place in serving dish. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed and red pepper slices and serve. Makes 4 servings.
