Frozen Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust, baked
1/4 c. peanuts, finely chopped
Preparation

In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Add sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add milk, then fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into pie shell. Drizzle chocolate over top. Cut across the lines with a sharp knife to make a grid. Freeze until firm, several hours or overnight.
Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before you are ready to serve.
