Ray'S Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. meat (may use chicken, beef or shrimp)
    6 medium onions
    2 pkg. celery
    1 can bean sprouts
    soy sauce
    6 bouillon cubes (may use chicken or beef)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cube meat.
    Chop vegetables.
    Saute meat in small amount of oil and soy sauce.
    Place small amount oil in large pan; cook onions and celery until slightly tender.
    Add meat to vegetables. Dissolve the bouillon cubes in 1 cup water (hot); pour over meat and vegetables.
    Add bean sprouts.
    Thicken with mixture of cornstarch and 1 cup water.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
