Butter Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter and shortening (half of each)
1 c. milk
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put all ingredients in bowl and mix for 10 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into two 9-inch greased and floured pans or one 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
