Ziti And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. safflower oil
    2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped garlic
    hot pepper flakes to taste (optional)
    1/2 lb. ziti
    salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Wash broccoli.
    Peel the stems; cut in halves or quarters. Cut off florets in 2-inch lengths and set aside.
