Fish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish (flounder or catfish)
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1/2 c. ketchup, or to taste
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. potatoes, diced
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil fish in salt water, dry and shred.
    Mix all other ingredients together.
    Bring to boil, then simmer.
    Add fish and let simmer approximately 30 minutes.
    Note:
    Several dashes of Tabasco may be added for flavor.
    This recipe is great served over rice.
