Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 (1/2 pt.) heavy cream or 1 can evaporated milk
    12 to 15 oz. shredded Swiss cheese and pepper cheese
    1 lb. bacon, crispy fried and crumbled
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 pie shells, slightly browned
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Pour into shells, dot with butter.
    Sprinkle remainder of bacon on top.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
