Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. lemon juice
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 c. water
2 tsp. lemon zest
Preparation

In saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch and salt, using a wire whisk.
Still using whisk, gradually blend in cold water. Place over heat and cook until it starts to thicken, stirring constantly.
