Chili Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. dried pintos
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 medium onions
    1 small green pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. cumin seed
Preparation
    Cook pintos.
    Chop vegetables and tomatoes.
    Brown beef.
    Add other ingredients and mix with pintos and simmer 1 hour.
