Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed*
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel potatoes, slice and boil.
    Put
    in
    large
    bowl
    to mixer on low speed; mash
    well.
    Add
    butter while potatoes are warm. Add sugar, egg, milk and vanilla.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in moderate oven until filling is set and begins to brown. Do not preheat oven.
