Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 c. finely shredded carrot (9 carrots)
    1 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation
    Grease and lightly flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; add carrots, oil and eggs.
    Mix until moistened; beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes.
    Pour into preferred (13 x 9 x 2-inch) baking pan.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool thoroughly on wire rack.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
    Serves 12 to 15.
