Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. tenderized round steak, cut into slices
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. beef broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pt. sour cream (optional)
    1 pkg. egg noodles
Preparation
    I use an electric skillet on medium.
    Dust steak with fork; brown in oleo with mushrooms and onions.
    Add broth, soup, salt and pepper.
    Cook, covered, until meat is tender, adding water as needed.
    Mix with cooked egg noodles; put into a large casserole dish.
    You can add sour cream right before serving if you desire.
