Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. beef broth
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter, then stir in flour and onion.
Add broth, horseradish and salt.
Cook until thickened and smooth.
Serve over beef or use as French Dip.
