Pineapple Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 can crushed pineapple and juice (8 oz.)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 c. diced, ripe bananas
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add diced bananas, oil, vanilla, eggs and crushed pineapple and juice.
    Stir to blend, but do not beat.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Let cool in pan on rack.
    This cake is served without frosting.
