Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

3 c. oat bran
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt (optional)
3/4 c. low cholesterol sour cream
3 eggs or Egg Beaters equivalent
1 c. baking molasses
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

I take plain oatmeal, putting small quantities at a time through the blender, to make oat bran.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done. Makes 1 dozen.
