Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and vinegar together; work in flour, 1/2 cup at a time.
    Roll out on a floured surface.
    Roll up jelly roll style and slice thin.
    Spread out and dry until needed.
    I like to add a dash of salt and pepper with my first 1/2 cup flour to give it more taste.
    Noodles are delicious with stewed boned chicken or beef.
