Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn (fresh or canned)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1 tsp. melted fat
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Chop the corn very fine and add salt, pepper, well-beaten egg, melted fat, milk, flour and baking powder.
    Fry 2 to 3 minutes in deep fat (360\u00b0 to 370\u00b0).
