Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. self-rising flour
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1/3 c. water
1 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 eggs
1 c. shortening
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Mix all ingredients together. Stir until well mixed.
Put in refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Spoon onto baking sheet as needed.
Store unused portion in the refrigerator.
Will keep 3 or 4 days.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
