Zesty Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 carrots, sliced
    1/2 bunch broccoli, cut in flowerets
    1/2 head cauliflower, cut in flowerets
    1 zucchini, sliced 1/2 inch thick
    1/2 bunch asparagus, cut in 2-inch pieces (optional)
    2 c. whole fresh mushrooms
    1 c. low-calorie Italian dressing
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Place carrots in a wok and stir-fry 5 minutes in 1 tablespoon margarine.
    Drain.
    Place carrots and remaining vegetables in a plastic sealable bag.
