Pumpkin-Raisin-Rum Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. rum
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 unbaked pie crust
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine raisins, rum and water in a small bowl; let stand 20 minutes.
    Combine brown sugar, flour, salt and spices in large bowl, stirring well.
    Add raisin mixture, pumpkin, eggs and milk; stirring well.
    Pour filling into pastry shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes, reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake additional 30 minutes or until set.
    Cool.
    Serve with whipped cream topping.
